Please read this disclaimer carefully. It explains what our service does and does not do. It applies to the Overcharged Checker / AI Claims Guys platform operated by Wolf AI Labs Limited (the "Service").

1. We Are Not a Claims Company or a Law Firm

Wolf AI Labs Limited is not a claims management company or a law firm. For both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) users, we do not act on your behalf, and we do not process, handle, advise on, investigate or represent your complaint or claim. The processing and handling are carried out by you as the inputting end user.

The Service is a self-help artificial intelligence platform that helps you compile and process complaint and claim information in real time for your own private use. Nothing it produces is legal advice, a complaint, or a claim made by us. We do not review the information you provide for legal accuracy, we do not draw legal conclusions or give opinions about your product or the reports generated, and we do not apply the law to the facts of your complaint or potential claim.

If you need legal advice about a specific complaint, you should consult a licensed solicitor. Because we are not a law firm, communications between you and us may not be protected by solicitor-client privilege.

2. What the Platform Lets You Do

Within the Service you can: create an online complaints and claims account; identify your financial or other products and providers; answer structured questions; upload and review your statements for errors, breaches, overcharging or mis-selling; connect with the relevant provider where that feature is available; generate financial and compliance reports; send your reports to the relevant party in real time; and keep a time-stamped record of your correspondence, all managed from your account.

These reports are intended to help you formulate and evidence a complaint about potential breaches, overcharging or mis-selling to your provider, the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), or your own solicitor. The platform also supports complaints and claims relating to personal injury. Our aim is to make online dispute resolution simpler and to widen access to justice.

3. Choosing to Use a Third-Party Firm

You may be able to take a free claim check and then decide either to progress a claim yourself or to instruct a licensed legal firm or claims provider (for example on a No Win No Fee basis) to act for you. Any such arrangement is at your discretion, is solely between you and that firm or provider, and is governed by their terms, not ours. Where you use a website or feature that allows it, you agree that licensed third-party firms may contact you to offer their services, and any agreement you enter into with them is unrelated to us.

4. Business (Agent) Users

If you use the Service as a business or Agent to act for claimants in the UK, you are required to hold the appropriate authorisation, for example from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or the relevant solicitors' regulatory body, and to be registered with the ICO. Agents are solely responsible for the lawful and compliant processing of their clients' data, by any transmission method, and for holding the appropriate regulatory certification. We accept no liability for the errors, omissions or actions of an Agent that affect that Agent's clients, including when an Agent uses a white label version of the platform. You should check the current FCA requirements that apply to you.

5. Your Account and the Accuracy of Reports

By completing sign up (B2C or B2B) you confirm that the account belongs to you (or your business), and you are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it, whether or not you authorised it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach. You cannot sell, transfer or assign your account without our written consent.

All reports are generated from the information you input. We accept no liability for errors or omissions resulting from incorrect or untruthful data, figures or documents entered into your account. Reports are only as accurate as the answers and documents you provide.

6. Customer Service
